About the project
Monto is an innovative online and mobile app system poised to revolutionize the international human resources (HR) market. Offered at no cost to companies, Monto provides a novel service enabling employees to access their bonuses and benefits on-demand through Perks, Monto’s unique digital currency. This flexibility allows employees to manage their job compensations for personal use or to initiate transfers, fostering greater financial freedom and convenience.
In creating the brand identity for Monto, I drew inspiration from the dynamic nature of transactions, infusing the brand with a sense of movement and playfulness to maintain an approachable appearance. The illustrations were designed with a flowing aesthetic, harmonizing seamlessly with the overall system. The color palette, inspired by traditional banking systems, incorporates vibrant green and button-up burgundy to create a brand identity that is both approachable and reliable.
